Abstract:
随着有机钙钛矿太阳能电池相关的研究的飞速发展,如今钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电转换效率已经提高到了23%以上。钛矿电池不仅仅光电转换效率有明显优势,而且其制作工艺简单,实验室中通常采用液相沉积、气相沉积,以及液相/气相混合沉积工艺即可制作,因此其被称为下一代光伏电池领域的后期之秀,得到了科学与工业界的极大关注。
