Abstract：
乳腺癌是危害女性健康的一大杀手。目前主要治疗手段有手术治疗，化疗，放疗，激素疗法和靶向治疗。这些手段在目前的肿瘤治疗上发挥了重要的作用，但是由于存在自身的弊端，单一疗法无法有效抑制肿瘤生长，因此发展两种或多种治疗手段联合疗法共同抗击肿瘤，成为肿瘤医学研究的热点。
