Abstract:
本文高应变点基板玻璃的主要性能及其测试方法,通过成分设计,研究了Y2O3在无碱硼硅玻璃体系中材料性能的影响,CaO替代SrO对材料物理性能和工艺性能的影响规律.获得了膨胀系数在(29~38)×10-7/℃之间,应变点温度大于710℃,密度保持在(2.41~2.46)g/cm3之间,显微维氏硬度大于640kgf/mm2基板玻璃组成范围.
