Abstract:
本文以呼叫中心行业中的人工坐席规模测算公式为基础,结合财险呼叫中心特点,对测算公式进行改进.采用保费额、报案率等进行计算并综合测算了IVR、TTS、FAX通道数等资源项,使测算结果更贴近该类型呼叫中心规模的实际情况.
