Abstract:
采用传统固相烧结法成功制备了Ho、Cr共掺BiFeO3(Bi0.9Ho0.1Fe1.xCrxO3,x=0.005,0.01,0.05,0.1, at%)陶瓷.XRD测试表明:制备的BHFCO为纯相,具有钙钛钙结构,属于R3c空间点群,随掺杂量的增加,晶格参数逐渐变小;SEM测试表明:随掺杂量的增加,BHFCO陶瓷的晶粒逐渐变小;铁电测试表明:随掺杂量的增加,BHFCO陶瓷的剩余极化值先增加后减小,在x=0.05处达到最大值20.25 μC/cm2.
