Abstract:
矩形截面U形管道在许多工程机械中都有应用,但特定的热边界条件会导致实验准则式计算的传热性能误差过大。为了满意地预测在特定热边界条件下矩形截面U形管道的传热性能,本文分别使用ANSYS CFX中的三个湍流模型,即剪切应力运输湍流模型、修正的剪切应力运输湍流模型和基线二阶矩湍流模型对凹面受热的矩形截面U形管道进行数值模拟,并与实验数据进行了比较。结果表明基线二阶矩湍流模型对传热性能的预测比剪切应力运输湍流模型和修正的剪切应力运输湍流模型更为准确。而后两者对传热性能的预测准确性则随流动速度的增大而增大。
