Abstract:

  镁铝尖晶石结构的存在,降低了稀土三基色荧光粉废料中稀土元素的酸浸效率,进而影响其稀土总量的化学分析准确度。本文采用高温碱熔法处理稀土三基色荧光粉废料,考察了NaOH与稀土三基色荧光粉废料的质量比、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等高温碱熔反应条件对稀土元素酸浸效率的影响。研究结果表明:在NaOH与稀土三基色荧光粉废料的质量比为6∶1,煅烧温度为900℃,煅烧时间为2h时,稀土三基色荧光粉废料中稀土元素的酸浸效率可达100%。高温碱熔法能有效提高稀土三基色荧光粉废料中稀土总量的化学分析准确度。
