Abstract:

本文采用激光辐照的方法实现铁基非晶软磁材料(Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9)的纳米晶化,并使其软磁性能得到改善。使用波长为10.6μm的CO_2激光和波长为1.07μm的掺镱光纤激光对铁基非晶软磁材料(Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si+(13.5)B_9)进行激光辐照,通过调整激光功率、辐照时间和工作气氛,得到了主要晶化相为α-FeSi、晶粒尺寸小于15nm、晶化比例在20%以下的纳米晶软磁合金,该材料饱和磁感应强度、矫顽场和剩余磁感应强度等性能与传统热处理结果相近。文中通过微结构和磁性能之间的对比分析以及辐照过程中能量密度的理论计算进行工艺优化,为通过激光辐...
