Abstract:

采用水解改性聚丙烯腈(PAN)中空纤维超滤膜作为基膜,通过动态负压成膜方法使聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)与戊二醛(GA)共价交联制备聚电解质渗透汽化膜,考察了不同派对数多层复合膜渗透汽化性能的影响.测定了复合膜对不同溶剂/水体系的分离性能,发现在复合三层PEI时,基于共价交联作用组装膜对质量分数为95%乙醇/水体系的透过液水含量可以达到99.8%,渗透通量为204 g/(m~2·h)(50℃),分离因子为9 481.同时考察了复合膜的稳定性.
