Abstract:
通过采用最简单的平-平腔结构,双Nd:YAG晶体棒串接加90°旋光晶体补偿热致双折射,选用LBO晶体进行腔内二倍频,BBO晶体进行腔外四倍频,双声光Q开关调制方式,实现了准连续266nm紫外激光输出。在LD抽运总功率为480W时,获得266nm平均输出功率达3.74W,从绿光到紫外的转换效率为6.4%。当重复频率为10kHz时,实验测得紫外光的脉冲宽度为120ns。
