Abstract:
由于SiGe技术的快速发展,SiGe HBT低噪声放大器(LNA)已得到广泛应用。本文基于IEEE802.11a标准描述了一款SiGeHBT低噪声放大器的设计.为了优化其各项指标,分析了影响噪声、功率增益及稳定性的因素,提出了LNA设计方法。本文选用SiGe HBTs作为有源元件.采用T型输入、输出匹配网络设计了电路,并用Advanced Design System2006A(ADS)软件对噪声系数、增益等各项指标进行了仿真。最终在5.2GHz下,LNA噪声系数是1.5dB,增益达到12.6dB,S_(11)和S_(22)也较好,在工作频带内小于-10dB,LNA具有良好性能.
