层次分析法是一种常用的信息系统开发方法,是科学的权重决策分析方法。本文将层次分析法应用于绩效考核中,并以酒店客房服务部为例,设计并实现了考核系统。本文重点论述了考核指标建模、考核流程的设计及数据库设计的相关问题。
