Abstract:

采用气雾化制粉的方式,制备了Fe-Si-Al软磁合金粉末,对软磁合金粉末进行球磨处理,然后进行 650℃保温2h的退火。研究了微波磁导率与粉末尺寸和相结构的关系,结果表明微波磁导率随着粉末尺寸的减小而增大,退火后DO3有序结构的出现进一步提高了微波磁导率。
