Abstract：
铝合金变极性穿孔等离子焊接工艺主要用于航空、航天等重要焊接结构。本文以工业控制计算机为硬件平台,NationalInstruments公司的图形化软件LabVIEW为软件平台,开发了铝合金变极性穿孔等离子焊接过程信息检测系统.该系统可实时检测焊接电流、电压和电弧力,并通过信号的分析处理对焊接过程是否正常作出正确判断。
