Abstract:
采用溶胶凝胶法成功制备La2O3-Mo(简称La-Mo)阴极用前驱粉末,借助于SEM与X-Ray衍射对材料成分及微观结构进行观察分析,结果显示稀土元素La以氧化物形式存在,La2O3粒子大小为100nm,在烧结体基体中弥散分布。热发射测试结果表明1400℃时,零场发射电流可达J=6A/cm2;暴露大气后,其热发射性能得到恢复。
