对03—11型结构的风机进行了理论分析与实验测试,发现在轮轂后存在一个较大的涡流区,流体在这儿发生分离,叶片根部白白地消耗了动力,并使流动恶化,效率降低。改进了风机结构设计后,经测定可使风机效率提高2.8%,并给出了改进前后的无量纲特性曲线。
