Abstract:
本文介绍以钼酸铅或氧化碲为声光介质中心频率为300MHz的声光器件的设计,计算了以锡为粘合层时的换能器带宽并选择了镀层厚度。该器件的带宽为200MHz,从而可使器件的时间带宽积达到1000,初步满足声光信号处理和声光光计算机的需要。
