Abstract：
本文用直流等离子体化学气相沉积技术在高速钢,Cr_(12)、40Cr、GCr15、38CrMoA1氮化、40Cr渗硼、合全钢喷涂镍基合金的试块上沉积了TiN涂层。对各基材上沉积的TiN涂层进行了晶体构造、表面及断口形貌、针孔率及硬度测定和分析。
