Abstract:

Dynamic properties of a certain regenerative combustion system are numerically simulated in this paper. The influence of the distance among burners, the preheat air temperature, the velocity of the air for. combustion-supporting and the gas velocity on the temperature distribution in the furnace and the distribution of NOx in outlet gases are considered respectively in the simulation. Influences of commutation process on combustion properties are also numerically investigated in the paper.
