Abstract:
本文采用高速相机研究了PDMS微通道中气泡的生成过程和影响气泡尺寸的因素。实验结果表明:随着进口压力的增加,在一定进口压力范围内生成的气泡长度和速度会逐渐增加。PDMS微通道长度也对气泡的生成有明显影响,随着微通道长度的增加,稳定生成气泡的进口压力增加。通过利用高速相机研究了微通道装置生成气泡的复杂行为,得出微通道长度与进口压力大小对液滴生成的影响规律。
