Abstract：
A survey about Enterprising Condition is made for the college students in Beijing using the questionnaire method. Through investigation and statistics, depth analysis is made for the key influencing factors of the college students＇ employment and Entrepreneurship, in the mean while, the author put forward some reference value solutions.
