Abstract:
在近年"食品分析"课程教学改革基础上,从课程特点出发,将"食品分析"课程思政与自主探究式教学有机融合,在教学理念、教学设计和教学实施等方面进行思考与实践,力求课程思政有意愿、有意蕴、有意思。以期"食品分析"课程由单纯专业课程教学走向专业课程教育教学一体化。
