Abstract:

The current engineering construction quality control using the installation of sensors and other ways of quality control, not only the efficiency is affected, and can't trace the quality problems of each construction link, resulting in a delay in the construction period, the quality problem rectification effect is poor. Aiming at the defect of appeal, the real-time quality control method of assembly building engineering based on BIM technology is studied. According to characteristics of prefabricated building construction process, analysis of factors influencing the modular construction quality. The appropriate influencing factors were selected to establish the quality control index system, and the entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight. According to the index weight, the application of BIM technology design in different construction link quality control plan, realize the real-time control of the quality of engineering. In the actual case application, the effective rectification rate of project quality problems is as high as 98.5% on average after using BIM technology, and the construction period is effectively shortened. © 2022 SPIE.
