Abstract:

一种组合装配式防屈曲耗能支撑构件涉及结构加固及防灾减震领域。该构件包括内核受力单元和外围约束单元两部分。根据金属材料耗能原理,其内核受力单元设计为阻尼板,可以直接承受轴向荷载作用,有效耗散地震输入能量,外围约束单元由各种型钢和螺栓组合装配而成,对内核单元起到约束作用,显著提高内核单元的屈曲荷载,促使内核单元在外荷载作用下发生全截面屈服,进而增大构件滞回环饱满程度和耗能能力,适用于单核和双核支撑。相比于传统防屈曲支撑构件,这种构件无焊接或者极少焊接,便于拆卸和组装,定期更换阻尼板,无砂浆或混凝土灌注极大简化了防屈曲耗能支撑的加工工艺,且结构形式简单,截面样式多样,工程适用性强。
