Abstract:

一种废弃有机无机复合材料过热催化转化制备富氢燃气的方法属于涉及有机无机复合材料。其主要步骤如下:低温真空裂解、过热蒸汽热解、燃气催化重组、燃气净化和机械破碎‑涡电流分选等步骤。与现有技术相比,由于本发明采用低温真空裂解与过热蒸汽热解组合技术,提高了有机组分气化转化率,避免了裂解油及裂解焦炭的富集;热解产生的气体经催化重整提高了燃气中可燃氢气含量,得到了富氢燃气利用价值更高。本发明具有原料适应性强、有机组分转化率高、减量化明显、易于工业推广应用等特点。
