Abstract:

本发明提出了一种宽带高分辨率光谱响应测量系统及方法,属于光谱响应测量和微波光子学领域,用于解决现有方法测量范围窄、测量分辨率低和仅能测量带阻光器件的问题。具体技术方案为:细步进可调光源发出的光载波进入双平行马赫‑曾德尔调制器,细步进射频源结合微波90°耦合器得到两路射频信号,并分别输入上下两个子调制器,通过偏置控制电路调整偏置电压,产生载波抑制单边带信号。该信号通过50:50保偏耦合器分成上下两路光信号,上路通过待测器件后进入光电探测器;下路经过1 : 99保偏耦合器后,1%的信号作为反馈信息进入偏置控制电路,99%的信号进入光电探测器。控制与信号采集电路对输入的两路电信号进行平衡探测,从而得到待测器件的光谱响应。
