Abstract:
本发明公开了可多面多阶段屈服的隅撑式复合型金属消能器,属于建筑结构技术和结构抗震减震领域。本发明结合隅撑和金属阻尼器各自的优点,外形类似隅撑,包括方钢管、内部未镂空的耗能钢板,内部镂空的耗能钢板,带翼缘的十字型钢,塞焊孔,角焊缝,方端板和铰接接头。方钢管四面存在两种镂空形成的耗能钢板,两种钢板的屈服力和屈服位移不同,钢板中部与十字型钢的翼缘焊接,当消能器受轴向力时,耗能钢板随十字型钢运动。本发明实现了消能器多阶段屈服,在大中小震下均有较好的耗能性能,耗能构件破坏后可单独更换、用钢量少、经济效益好、构造简单,易于设计和加工。
