Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于不拆保温层的钢质管道谐波磁场聚焦检测探头制作方法,包括:激励线圈阵列、高灵敏度磁性传感器、数据线、SMA射频连接线、柔性检测探头外壳。激励线圈阵列用于加载谐波电流并产生聚焦磁场;SMA射频连接线与激励源连接,为激励线圈阵列供电;高灵敏度磁性传感器用于采集磁场信号并转换为电压信号;数据线将检测探头采集到的数据传输到采集卡;柔性检测探头外壳将上述各装置集成,以达到管道缺陷检测的目的。该检测探头可以使谐波磁场穿透保温层并聚焦于待测管道管体,并采集激励磁场信号作用区域管道的磁场信号,从而实现在不拆保温层的情况下对在役钢质管道进行检测,该检测探头结构简单、操作方便,能够满足工程检测需要。
