Abstract:

本发明提供一种烟化炉渣协同烧结制备选铁尾渣微晶玻璃的方法。以选铁尾渣为主要原料,以烟化炉渣、铅尾矿、硼砂、钠长石、氟化钙、碳酸钡等为助烧剂、调质剂和助溶剂。主要操作为:将低温烘干至恒重的选铁尾渣、烟化炉渣和铅尾矿分别在球磨机中破碎,并将硼砂、长石、萤石、碳酸钡等辅助原料进行研磨。将破碎和研磨后样品按配方进行混合、高温熔融、水淬操作后获得基础玻璃样品,并将所得基础玻璃进行二次球磨、成型、烧结、晶化等系列操作后得到目标微晶玻璃产品。本发明微晶玻璃的抗弯强度56.24~86.25MPa,莫氏硬度6~7级,耐酸度(1%硫酸)0.052~0.186%,耐碱度(1%氢氧化钠)0.011~0.029%,满足JC/T872‑2000建筑装饰用微晶玻璃的标准要求。
