本发明公开了一种谐波减速器柔轮摆线齿形设计方法,该方法首先建立直角坐标系XOY,以齿轮的对称轴竖直方向为Y轴正方向,水平方向为X轴正方向;AB段为摆线齿形,X轴过摆线齿形AB段的B点。表征齿顶摆线AB段齿廓。表征公切线BC段齿廓,BC段采用直线,为齿顶摆线AB段和齿底圆弧CD段的公切线。表征齿底圆弧CD段齿廓,CD段采用圆弧,以转角θ为变量,CD段齿廓坐标为(xCD, yCD);通过将谐波减速器柔轮分为三段连续曲线,柔轮齿顶为主啮合区,采用摆线齿形,增强齿形承载力;齿底为副啮合区,采用圆弧齿形,提高共轭啮合区间,提高精度和承载力;过渡段为摆线和圆弧的公切线,有效保证了全齿高,保障齿形的啮入深度,提升啮合扭矩。
