Abstract:

本发明公开了一种采用表面活化环氧树脂粉末制备脂塑复合材料的方法,按照重量份数计包括以下组份:木粉23‑25份、PE粒子19‑23份、环氧树脂粉末24‑26份、聚甲基丙烯酸酯回收料20‑25份、聚苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物回收料5‑6份、润滑剂1‑2份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.5份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1‑2份、硅烷偶联剂0.5‑1份、稳定剂0.5‑1份、改性剂0.3‑0.5份、染料1‑2份。本发明大幅度提高脂塑复合材料的机械强度和使用寿命,同时采用聚甲基丙烯酸酯回收料、聚苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物作为改性材料,提高脂塑材料的韧性,提高材料的弯曲破坏载荷和落球冲击强度。可用于园林景观、建筑外墙装饰等户外制品市场。
