Abstract:

一种高性能高粉煤灰掺量的纤维水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,属于水泥材料学领域。由水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、石英砂、水、减水剂、增稠剂、PVA纤维组成。其制备方法,将水泥、粉煤灰、硅灰、石英砂、增稠剂混合倒入搅拌机中,干拌2分钟;将减水剂倒入水中,充分混合均匀后倒入搅拌机中搅拌;然后将PVA纤维加入搅拌锅中,在60‑70转/分钟的速度下搅拌3分钟,再在170‑180转/分钟的速度下搅拌1分钟。本发明原料取材方便,制备方法简单,具有良好的拉压力学性能。同时,采用大掺量粉煤灰代替胶材中的水泥,有利于减少碳排放,消耗了工业废渣。
