Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于空芯光子晶体光纤载体的活细胞生物激光器, 属于激光技术与生物光子学领域。该激光器包括泵浦源、光学准直系统、活细胞激光增益介质、空芯光子晶体光纤以及光学元件;泵浦光进入光学准直系统准直,聚焦到增益介质上,增益介质为表达荧光蛋白的活细胞,将充填活细胞的光子晶体光纤两端加上高反射平面反射镜,使光纤在两个镜面之间形成光学谐振腔。本发明应用新型的光子晶体光纤光学谐振腔使活细胞产生激光,同时利用光子晶体光纤,谐振腔内可以容纳多个细胞,产生的荧光强度大大增强,发出的激光很容易探测记录。
