Abstract:

一种852nm超窄线宽外腔半导体激光器,由852nm激光器增益芯片和依次置于增益芯片出光方向上的准直透镜、可旋转的楔形棱镜对、立方分束器、可旋转的全介质薄膜法布里-珀罗滤光片、全反镜以及压电促动器组成;所述准直透镜将激光光束准直后射入外腔腔体内;所述楔形棱镜对绕光轴旋转使得正入射到棱镜镜片垂直表面的入射光束偏转;所述立方分束器将一部分光输出,另一部分光留在腔内振荡;所述法布里-珀罗滤光片可旋转以达到外腔选模的目的;所述全反镜以及PZT的结合可使全反镜沿自身法线方向移动。上述外腔激光器可以极大程度地减少机械振动对频率的影响,避免激光器出现跳摸现象,同时可以实现超窄线宽且波长线性连续可调。
