Abstract:

一种扁平状磁性粉体及其制备方法,属于磁性粉体技术领域。所述磁性粉体主要物相为γ′-Fe4N,粉体厚度为0.1~9μm,径厚比为10~200。该粉体以硬度较低的纯铁粉体为原料,采用球磨法进行扁平化处理,然后在氨气/氢气混合气中氮化,通过调整粉体粒径、球磨时间等工艺条件对粉体厚度、扁平度等技术参数进行控制,从而实现对粉体截止频率等电磁性能的调控。本发明有效地减小了Fe4N材料的趋肤效应,有利于其高频应用;制备方法简单,大幅降低扁平化的时间,提高了生产效率,且能实现对粉体微观形貌和电磁性能的调控。
