Abstract:

一种采用微型制氧的液体燃料切割装置属于金属热切割领域。该装置的供氧装置为过滤器(79)、无油空气压缩机(80)、冷却器(81)、储气罐(82)依次连接,储气罐(82)分别连接两位五通电磁阀I(83)和两位五通电磁阀II(85),两个两位五通电磁阀之间连接消音器(84),两位五通电磁阀I(83)、吸附器I(87)、两位两通电磁阀III(90)依次连接;两位五通电磁阀II(85)、吸附器II(86)、两位两通电磁阀II(89)依次连接;两吸附器之间连接两位两通电磁阀I(88);两位两通电磁阀(90)和两位两通电磁阀II(89)与两位三通电磁阀(91)连接,再依次连接氧气罐(92)、增压器(93)、减压阀(94)、流量调节阀(95)。该装置能够现场制氧,移动灵活、使用方便、制氧纯度高。
