Abstract:

级联式体全息光栅密集波分复用器件制作方法及其系统,属于光通信技术领域。特征为:把全息记录介质分成不同的空间子区域,每个子区域记录一个至四个体全息光栅,所有的体光栅的光栅矢量方向均与端面成45度角,而光栅矢量的大小各不相同。同时短波长记录光栅时,是在介质的顶面和侧面进行,即写入光束所在的平面与输入-输出光束组成的平面互相垂直。保证了输入通道与输出通道夹角为90度,所有波长的输出通道均相互平行,可提供最高的衍射效率。采用二维耦合波理论对光栅的衍射效率和波长选择性进行优化;通过掩膜或不均匀擦除,抑制了输出通道之间的串扰;并经热固定或光固定,消除体光栅的易失性,延长光栅的使用寿命。
