Abstract:

本发明属于电磁干扰的抑制领域。现有的电磁干扰抑制材料存在磁导率不高或者磁导率频率分散性不宽。本发明提供了一种抑制宽频电磁干扰的软磁复合材料,其特征在于,通过气雾化的方法制取软磁合金粉末,将软磁合金粉末经过球磨、研磨处理形成片径范围为20-300微米、径厚比为7-105的扁平状的磁性颗粒,然后通过占最后产物质量百分比为7%-13%无机胶黏剂粘结所述磁性颗粒使其彼此分散绝缘,以100-400MPa压力压制成型,样品脱模后在1-2小时内升温至200℃-700℃,进行2-3小时的保温后随炉冷却1-2小时,最后空冷。本发明的材料插入损耗在600MHz-1400MHz的宽频内均比商用的铁氧体性能高出3-5个dB,达到了几MHz-GHz宽频范围内高抑制效果的要求。
