Abstract:

一种氮化铝粉体的反应合成方法属于氮化铝粉体合成技术领域,其特征为采用Al合金体系作原料,其步骤为:将Al和一种或多种合金元素熔炼制成母合金,其中合金元素为:Li、Y、碱土金属元素、镧系金属元素;把母合金置于反应炉内,反应温度650~1500℃,反应时间0.5~25小时,反应后得到疏松的氮化产物,经研磨制备出含有烧结助剂的复合氮化铝粉。该氮化铝粉体成本低、烧结活性好,由该粉体制成的氮化铝陶瓷具有高性能、高导热性与强度。
