Abstract：
一种氮化铝粉体的反应合成方法属于氮化铝粉体合成技术领域，其特征为采用Al合金体系作原料，其步骤为：将Al和一种或多种合金元素熔炼制成母合金，其中合金元素为：Li、Y、碱土金属元素、镧系金属元素；把母合金置于反应炉内，反应温度650～1500℃，反应时间0.5～25小时，反应后得到疏松的氮化产物，经研磨制备出含有烧结助剂的复合氮化铝粉。该氮化铝粉体成本低、烧结活性好，由该粉体制成的氮化铝陶瓷具有高性能、高导热性与强度。
