Abstract:

Continuous-wave terahertz total internal reflection digital holography (THz-TIRH) is proposed for the full-field and real-time complex refractive index measurement. The amplitude and phase images can be reconstructed from the hologram, subsequently the analytic solution of refractive index distribution can be reviewed. The experimental result demonstrates the feasibility of the THz-TIRH imaging method. Both absorption distribution and refractive index distribution are imaged by THz-TIRH 1in this paper. © 2020 IEEE.
