Abstract:

Based on finite element theory, sled-track dynamic model of high-speed slide-rail of rocket seld system was established, and dynamic interactions of sled-track under different rail regularity conditions were calculated. The variety law of attitude of sled train running on track was obtained. The effect of track regularity on sled-track dynamic interaction was analyzed. The results show that: the sled train running on the track can cause yaw, heaving, pitching and rolling around its inertia centre. The average impact acceleration and average impact stress of sled train increase approximately in a line with the increase of track deviation. The effect of track regularity on sled-track dynamic interaction is very strong. The track regularity is one of the mainly considered questions on the design of high-speed track.
