Abstract:

An integrated design concept for the flat plate heat pipe thermal spreader with crossed holes inside and heat sink is put forward and manufactured. The integrated design of the heat pipe spreader and the heat sink can entirely remove the contact thermal resistance. The experimental results show the good performance of this compact cooling device.
