Abstract:

With the aim of solving the optimal control problem of penicillin fed-batch fermentation processes, based on penicillin fed-batch fermentation process cellular automata model (CAPFM for short), a method of designing optimal control strategies of penicillin fed-batch fermentation processes is proposed. By theoretical analysis, this method transforms CAPFM to a Markov process equivalently, and constructs an alternate optimal control strategy of CAPFM, then a simulating system of penicillin fed-batch fermentation process alternate optimal control is designed.
