Abstract：

Taking　the　air　conditioning　design　of　Cultural　Commercial　Building　in　Zhongguancun,　Beijing,　as　an　instance,　based　on　the　real　data,　the　technical　parameters　and　the　economics　of　the　super-cold　air　distribution　system　are　compared　with　that　of　traditional　air　conditioning　system.　The　result　shows　that　the　super-cold　air　distribution　system　can　deduce　initial　capital　investment　and　running　cost.
