Abstract：
This article investigated the stated-preferences of parkers to choose the trip modes under different policies in downtown Beijing, and discussed the sensitivity of parkers to parking fees, finally put formard a method about how to make parking fee standards in megapolis downfown from the perspective of parkers intent of payment for parking, in order to improve the transportation Demand Management.
