Graphene　nanowalls　were　first　used　to　prepare　field　effect　structure　photodetector,　which　has　a　responsivity　ten　times　higher　than　that　of　monolayer　graphene　detector　with　the　same　structure.　©　OSA　2020　©　2020　The　Author(s)
