Abstract：
Here we report a novel microsphere-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (MERS) via selfassembled dielectric microsphere array capping on specimen surfaces. The enhancement channels of MERS have been revealed, including photonic nanojet, directional antenna effect, and whispering-gallery mode. © 2017 OSA.
