With　the　development　of　could　computing,　the　whole　information　industry　undergoes　a　fundamental　change　and　there　is　no　exception　for　networks.　Due　to　the　multi-tenancy　and　scalability,　the　traditional　network　involves　quickly　towards　cloud　networks　in　which　resource　sharing　is　a　significant　feature.　The　precise　definition　of　entity　behavior　and　how　to　measure　the　truth　of　entities＇　behaviors　in　the　cloud　networking　are　not　also　lacked.　In　this　paper,　aiming　at　the　current　situation　of　Trusted　Network　and　cloud　networking　which　lacks　system　behavior　measurement,　a　new　behavior　measurement　model　incorporating　sharing　feature　of　cloud　computing　based　on　prediction　and　control　is　presented.　©　2012　AICIT.
