Abstract:
S形机床精度检验试件具有薄壁、开闭角和变曲率等特性,曲面造型复杂,在S形试件加工误差检测过程中存在较大的测量准确性问题,直接影响机床精度的判断.基于三次均匀B样条曲线建立了S形试件数学模型,研究S形试件表面连续性,计算理论加工误差,分析了S形试件轮廓中易产生缺陷的区域及误差产生的原因,最后通过实验证明结论正确.
