执行力是企业管理成败的关键;在大学英语课堂上,教师的互动策略和计划制定的再恰当、再周密,如果得不到有效执行,也失去了意义.本文提出了“课堂执行力”这一概念,在分析了大学英语课堂执行力差的原因以后,针对不同问题提出了提高课堂互动执行力的有效方法.
